It is ideally suited if you wish to combine your own planned visit to Morocco with an organised Desert Tour departing from your accommodation Marrakech and ending at your accommodation in the Imperial city of Fes.

Our ‘Marrakech To Fes Desert Express’ offers you a fast-paced road trip on the most travelled route into the popular Moroccan Erg Chebbi dune sets. It combines a stay in the rock formation heart of the Dades valley and relaxation at hotel accommodation at Merzouga village overlooking the dunes.

You visit iconic sites on this Desert route and have time to explore the surrounding dune area and Saharan villages before a camel trek and overnight stay in a Desert Camp prior to journeying North into the Middle Atlas Mountains, to arrive in the Imperial City of Fes.

An optional visit to Argan Oil Co-operative. Go off the beaten track to Kasbah Telouet. Visit UNESCO Kasbah Ait Ben Hadddou. Traditional lunch In Ben Haddou. Visit Kasbah taourirte in Ouarzazate. Drive into Dades Valley of Roses & Berber villages. Visit the Moroccan Rose oil-producing town. Photograph & refreshment stops as you like. Day 2

Gorges of Dades To Merzouga

Wow, Factor Gorges & desert-scapes. Walking visit to Todra Gorge. Visit the touareg people and Arfoud city ancient spice market town. Lunch of specialty food In Jorf it’s a berbere village. Visite the todra gorges Arrive Merzouga approx mid/late afternoon. Walking exploration of surrounding sands. Optional relaxation at hotel & bivouac Luxe. ride the camel for the sunset. Day 4

Merzouga To Fes

Date Palms & Berber Mountain Towns. An optional sunrise climb of large dunes. Depart camp after breakfast. Approx 1hr camel trek from Desert camp to Merzouga. Transfer to a 4×4 vehicle. Visit Date Palm & fossil town of Erfoud. Journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Sightings of Barbery Monkeys in their natural habitat. Visite Ifrane city. Lunch in Midlet Mountain Berber carpet town. Arrive at your accommodation Fes late afternoon/early evening. Photograph & refreshment stops as you like.
